Client	Description
Generic pesticide manufacturers	Worked with generic pesticide manufacturers to register their products with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and to comply with the FIFRA data compensation requirements. This involved negotiations and arbitrations with established pesticide companies to determine the amount the new market entrants must pay for their reliance on data.
Asphalt Pavement Industry	Participated in a joint effort including asphalt manufacturers, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and asphalt worker unions to develop measures to reduce worker exposure to asphalt fumes.
Manufacturing companies	Represented a wide variety of manufacturing companies in negotiating state and federal water pollutant discharge permits. Conducted training sessions for company employees regarding permit and regulatory requirements. Represented companies in water pollution enforcement actions.
