Advised MTA on environmental impact assessment and public approvals for various projects, including the Western Rail Yard and Hudson Yards/Number 7 Subway Extension projects on far west side of Manhattan and Atlantic Yards project in Brooklyn. 
Lincoln County, Nevada
Advised county on environmental and other approvals concerning the proposed Yucca Mountain repository for high level nuclear waste and spent fuel. 
Lower Manhattan Development Corporation
Advised LMDC on federal and state environmental impact assessments for use of federal community development block grants for various projects in Lower Manhattan. Defended lawsuit challenging environmental review.
