Practice Description
Environmental practice encompasses all aspects of environmental and land-use law, including litigation, corporate transactions, project permitting, administrative proceedings, hazardous substances claims and regulations, environmental impact statements, landmarking, real property transfers, and international environmental claims and regulation.
