Corporate, concentrating on banking institutions (tansactional and regulatory matters), municipal finance, capital markets transactions and asset based-lending.

 

Ms. Clark regularly serves as either credit enhancement counsel or underwriter's counsel in connection with a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, which include hospital bonds, housing bonds, industrial development bonds, educational facilities bonds, transportation facility bonds and cultural development bonds.

 

Prior to joining CL&M, Ms. Clark served as bond counsel with respect to many of the principal issuers of such bonds.

 

Ms. Clark has represented banking institutions in connection with syndicated financial transactions, bilateral credit facilities and standby funding agreements.  She has also represented financial institutions in connection with the structuring and documentation of capital markets instruments, repurchase agreements, derivatives and synthetic securities, and has structured a number of cross-border financing arrangements for hedge funds and fund-of-fund transactions.
