Intellectual Property, protecting character properties such as the HULK, the Muppets, and The Supreme Chicken, as well as publishing, fashion, music, entertainment, computer software, financial service, Internet-related, and consumer product clients; policing and achieving the swift take-down of infringing apps, Facebook pages, and Twitter feeds; trademark, trade dress, domain name, dilution, unfair competition and copyright litigation, and UDRP domain name arbitration; the negotiation and drafting of trademark and copyright licenses, co-existence agreements, and assignments; trademark and domain name clearance; and the prosecution of trademark, certification mark, and copyright applications.
