Practice Description

Mr. Irving practices in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial lending, with an emphasis on complex sale, ground lease and joint venture transactions. He represents both private and tax-exempt organizations. He represents landlords and tenants in commercial leases, and lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions. He has represented companies in negotiations with the City and State of New York with respect to city and state retention programs. Mr. Irving is a former member of the Committee on Real Property Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
