Practice Description

Ms. Black’s practice includes a mix of environmental, land use, and general litigation. On the environmental side, Ms. Black represents both public and private entities in permitting, environmental review, public hearings, and litigation. Her general litigation practice also covers a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, protection of trade secrets, employment, media/defamation, art law, and white collar defense.
