Practice Description

Mr. Even-Or practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on foreign companies and cross-border transactions.  Mr. Even-Or joined the firm after receiving his LL.M (Masters in Law) from Columbia University Law School, graduating as a James Kent Scholar. 

Previously, Mr. Even-Or worked as a corporate associate in Gornitzky & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms, clerked in the Israeli Supreme Court, and served as an assistant to the head of the Legislative Division in the Israeli Ministry of Justice.  Mr. Even-Or received his LL.B magna cum laude and MBA magna cum laude from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he was also a teaching assistant in Jurisprudence and in Property Law.
