Practice Description

Mr. Greenblum concentrates his practice on complex commercial and business disputes in various sectors within the financial services and investment management communities.
In the financial services industry, Mr. Greenblum has represented institutional lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds and issuers of financial products in various complex breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty matters. Mr. Greenblum has also counseled ad hoc bondholder committees and both publicly traded and private companies clients with respect to litigation arising out of merger and acquisition (“M&A”) transactions including tortious interference claims.
Additionally, Mr. Greenblum has experience representing Professional Employer Organizations (“PEO”) in a variety of matters, including M&A, licensing and restrictive covenant litigation. Mr. Greenblum has also represented owners, developers, construction managers and general contractors in a wide variety of matters ranging from the litigation high value of construction liens and construction defect claims to the non-judicial resolution of disputes using alternative dispute resolution forums. Mr. Greenblum also has extensive experience advising clients during the public bidding process, both in the preparation of bid packages and challenges to the awards of contracts, including Article 78 proceedings.
