Practice Description

Mr. Malyshev is a business litigator with experience representing clients in matters involving complex capital markets transactions and financial instruments. Most recently Mr. Malyshev has been involved in the representation of financial institutions in litigation and related matters arising out of transactions closely associated with the deterioration of the financial markets, including structured financial products such as CDOs. Previously, he was closely involved in representing a major international union in a hotly contested dispute arising out of secession efforts by a faction within the union, involving hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and hundreds of thousands of workers.
