Practice Description

Mr. Silver’s practice focuses primarily on advising individuals and financial institution clients, specifically broker-dealers and investment advisers, on regulatory, compliance, enforcement, SEC investigations, and examination issues related to federal and state securities laws and the rules of various self-regulatory organizations, including FINRA.
