Telisport W. Putsavage's Arrival at CL&M
The arrival of Telisport Putsavage to the Washington, DC office of CL&M was noted in the July 17, 2009 issue of AgriMarketing. It is mentioned in the article that Mr. Putsavage will be a partner in the Pesticides and FIFRA Practice Group, joined by Dr. Robert G. Butz, a chemist, and Janine M. Gydus, an entomologist, as staff scientists. It also mentions Carter Ledyard's existing pesticide practice has handled more than a dozen pesticide data compensation arbitrations and/or negotiations for new entrants to the U S. market within the last eighteen months.
