The Bank of New York Mellon is Bond Trustee for World Trade Center Project

On November 15, partner David J. Fern├índez and associate Melissa E. Paparone represented The Bank of New York Mellon in its capacity as bond trustee in the closing of the $1,218,495,000 New York Liberty Development Corporation Multi-Modal Liberty Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011A (3 World Trade Center Project), the $11,005,000 New York Liberty Development Corporation Multi-Modal Liberty Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011B (3 World Trade Center Project), the $112,965,000 New York Liberty Development Corporation Multi-Modal Liberty Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011A (World Trade Center Project – Towers 3-4), the $1,035,000 New York Liberty Development Corporation Multi-Modal Liberty Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011B (World Trade Center Project – Towers 3-4) and the $1,225,520,000.00 New York Liberty Development Corporation Liberty Revenue Bonds, Series 2011 (4 World Trade Center Project). These bonds are the latest bonds issued in connection with the rebuilding of Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan.
