RADVISION Agrees to be Acquired by Avaya for $230 Million
CL&M client RADVISION Ltd. (NASDAQ: RVSN), a leading Israeli technology and end-to-end provider for visual communications, has agreed to be acquired by Avaya, a global provider of business communications and collaboration systems and services. Avaya will acquire RADVISION for approximately $230 million in an all-cash transaction subject to approval of RADVISION shareholders. Corporate department chair Steven J. Glusband, partner Howard J. Barnet, Jr., senior counsel Vincent Monte-Sano, and counsel Patricia Matzye acted as U.S. counsel for RADVision in this transaction.
