EZchip Semiconductor Ltd. to be Acquired by Mellanox Technologies Ltd. for $811 Million
Carter Ledyard Israel-based client, EZchip Semiconductor Ltd. (Nasdaq: EZCH; TASE:EZCH), a leader in high-performance processing solutions for carrier and data center networks, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Mellanox Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq:MLNX), which develops end-to-end interconnect solutions for servers and storage systems. Mellanox will acquire 100% of EZchip’s outstanding ordinary shares for a cash purchase price of $25.50 per share, or approximately $811 million.
