Counsel Judith Wallace presented at the November 5 Center for Art Law event at Doyle New York on the topic of “New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law & Visual Art Objects Produced in Multiples.” Ms. Wallace discussed the rights and remedies of buyers and sellers of editioned prints, photographs and sculptures, and how these differ from transactions in unique works of art. She is the author of “Safety in Numbers: Dealer Caveats and Purchaser Protections for Prints, Editioned Sculpture and other Art in Multiples” published in the Spring/Summer 2015 issue of Spencer’s Art Law Journal.
