Mr. Berry represents US and foreign banks and businesses, and has achieved many trial, appellate and arbitration victories. He has served as lead counsel on commercial cases involving contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial torts, real estate, corporate control, inter-creditor agreements, recovery of assets, ownership of art, and international enforcement of judgments. In addition to his commercial litigation work, Mr. Berry also has extensive experience representing individuals, families, fiduciaries and charities in trust and estates disputes, counseling and planning.
