- Commercial loan transactions of all kinds from initial commitment to completion, including asset-based loans, acquisition financing, operating loans, construction, and project financing, convertible and equity participation transactions, joint venture financing; negotiation of terms, preparation of loan documents and ancillary documentation, supervision of closing, perfection of security interests, assistance in post-closing loan administration.
- Real estate financing secured by mortgages of office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels and residential properties, shopping center development projects. Private placements and publicly traded bonds, debentures and hybrid securities.
- Insurance companies for which we act in lending matters include Ætna Life Insurance Company and Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company.
