Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP has established an inter-disciplinary team with significant experience in SEC, FINRA and SIPC regulatory matters, government investigations, civil and criminal litigation, tax, bankruptcy and finance to help clients address the myriad of issues arising from the Madoff debacle. The group is led by Steven J. Glusband, the head of the firm’s securities practice group and a former special trial counsel and securities investigator with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
