NEW YORK, April 24, 2002 - Carter, Ledyard & Milburn announced that it had represented Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) in connection with its purchase of the Filtration and Separations Group ("FSG") of United States Filter Corporation, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Vivendi Environnement, for total cash consideration of $360 million.
The Carter, Ledyard & Milburn working group for the transaction was led by corporate counsel Heywood Shelley and included corporate and antitrust partner Robert A.
