JUSTIN A. GREENBLUM JOINS CARTER LEDYARD & MILBURN LLP AS PARTNER
- Expands Litigation Department -
NEW YORK, NY (November 13, 2012) – Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP (www.clm.com) is pleased to announce that Justin A. Greenblum has joined the firm as partner in its Litigation Department effective November 9, 2012. Mr. Greenblum’s practice concentrates on complex commercial and business disputes in the financial services industry and the general representation of private investment funds, including matters not limited to litigation.

Carnevale, member of the Executive Committee and chair of the Litigation Department at Carter Ledyard. “His youth, enthusiasm and experience representing clients in the financial services industry will fit in well with our litigation practice.”
Mr. Greenblum has experience representing institutional lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds and issuers of financial products in various complex breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty matters. Mr. Greenblum has also counseled ad hoc bondholder committees and both publicly traded and private companies with respect to litigation arising out of merger and acquisition transactions including tortious interference claims. Mr. Greenblum also has significant experience representing professional employer organizations and closely held business entities in connection with intellectual property, real estate, labor and employment,and other complex disputes.. Prior to joining Carter Ledyard, Mr. Greenblum was with the New York office of K&L Gates LLP.
Mr. Greenblum obtained his B.A., cum laude, from Marist College in 2001. He received his J.D., from Brooklyn Law School in 2004, where he was a Lisle Scholar, recipient of the Irving R. Rosenthal Memorial Scholarship and Cali Award of Excellence. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, US. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
