Practice Description
Mr. Boxer is a commercial litigator focusing on employment law, non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, and protection of trade secrets. He advises clients on employment issues, helps clients review their existing post-employment restrictive covenants and put in place updated or new restrictive covenants, advises clients considering hiring competitors’ employees, and counsels clients on breach of contract and duty issues. Mr. Boxer’s practice also includes complex commercial and business disputes, and he represents clients in state and federal courts and in arbitrations before FINRA, AAA, ICC, CPR and other arbitration bodies.
