Practice Description

Mr. Dunn represents clients in complex litigation matters, including breach of contract and commercial tort litigation, trusts and estates litigation, employment disputes and restrictive covenant litigation, product liability litigation, maritime and international transaction disputes, intellectual property actions, bankruptcy litigation, antitrust matters, and eminent domain/condemnation litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, in FINRA and international arbitrations, and in connection with government agency investigations. He has experience in all stages of litigation, and in trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Mr. Dunn advises clients on matters relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), cybersecurity and data privacy (including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), and electronic discovery. He also advises early stage and foreign companies in connection with business formation and operations in the United States.
