Practice Description

Mr. Greenblum is a go-to litigator who handles significant commercial disputes and white-collar criminal investigations and prosecutions on behalf of both publicly traded and privately held companies as well as high-net worth individuals. Mr. Greenblum has appeared in cases located in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Greenblum has represented companies and individuals being investigated for and accused of crimes involving securities fraud, tax fraud, structuring, healthcare fraud, larceny, embezzlement, bribery and money laundering.

In the securities area, Mr. Greenblum has advised companies and capital market participants involved in complex commercial and business disputes, including claims arising under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, internal investigations and regulatory investigatory and enforcement actions. In the financial services industry, Mr. Greenblum has represented institutional lenders, retail brokers, hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds and issuers of financial products in various complex breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty matters, as well as FINRA arbitrations. He has also counseled ad hoc bondholder committees and advises stakeholders with respect to litigation arising out of merger and acquisition (“M&A”) transactions including tortious interference claims.

Additionally, Mr. Greenblum has represented policyholders with respect to disputes with their insurance carriers and insurance professionals in order to maximize the recovery of insurance proceeds.

Mr. Greenblum also has experience representing Professional Employer Organizations (“PEO”) in a variety of matters, including significant employment and labor matters, licensing and restrictive covenant and class action litigation, as well as owners, developers and construction firms involved in disputes concerning major construction and development projects and challenges arising from the bidding and procurement process.
