Practice Description

Ms. Schiele focuses her practice on wealth transfer planning, estate and trust administration and tax-exempt organizations. She advises individual clients on various aspects of inter-generational wealth transfer and charitable giving, including income, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax issues, as well as international tax considerations. She also regularly negotiates prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She assists in the formation and provision of tax and governance advice to private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations.
