Preston C. Demouchet Named to the American Bar Association’s 2020-2022 Trust and Estate Fellows Class
The American Bar Association has named Carter Ledyard & Milburn attorney Preston C. Demouchet to its 2020-2022 class of Trust and Estate Fellows. Selection for the Real Property, Trust and Estate Fellows Program is highly competitive as the ABA nationally selects attorneys for this role based on their demonstrated achievements and leadership as young attorneys in the area of trusts and estates.
The two-year fellowship provides attorneys with the opportunity to serve in leadership roles within the ABA, participate in substantive projects, attend RPTE Section meetings, and receive mentorship from veteran trusts and estates attorneys.
As a member of Carter Ledyard’s Trusts and Estates Department, Preston’s practice focuses on tax and estate planning and administration of estates and trusts for high net worth individuals, families, and corporate fiduciaries.
