Carter Ledyard Client Global SC Finance VII SRL Completes $600 Million Offering
On October 19, 2020, Carter Ledyard client Global SC Finance VII SRL completed an offering to qualified institutional buyers and other eligible investors of $600,000,000 in principal amount of Series 2020-2 Notes. The notes were sold through a group of investment banks, with Deutsche Bank Securities and RBC Capital Markets serving as Structuring Agents for the transaction. Global SC Finance VII SRL is a subsidiary of Seaco SRL, one of the world’s leading marine container leasing companies. Global SC Finance VII SRL was represented by Carter Ledyard lawyers James Gadsden, Steven Paul McSloy, Andris J. Vizbaras, Aaron Cahn, Jennifer MacDonald, Brielle E. Kilmartin and Rocco Sainato in connection with the transaction.
