Carter Ledyard Client Global SC Finance VII SRL Completes $600 Million Offering

On October 19, 2020, Carter Ledyard client Global SC Finance VII SRL completed an offering to qualified institutional buyers and other eligible investors of $600,000,000 in principal amount of Series 2020-2 Notes. The notes were sold through a group of investment banks, with Deutsche Bank Securities and RBC Capital Markets serving as Structuring Agents for the transaction. Global SC Finance VII SRL is a subsidiary of Seaco SRL, one of the world’s leading marine container leasing companies.
