With the COVID-19 situation changing hourly, we want to update you on Carter Ledyard’s current operations and response to the COVID-19 pandemic and related governmental actions and proclamations in New York and elsewhere. Protecting the health and safety of our attorneys and support staff is of paramount importance, as is continuing to deliver to our clients the personal and professional service that you have come to know and depend upon.

We implemented our business continuity plan and our attorneys and support staff are working remotely to the fullest extent possible. Our technology and telecommunications infrastructure allow our attorneys to work on client matters seamlessly while protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ information. We expect we will need to work remotely for some time, and that many of our clients will need to do so as well. Should you need us to alter the way we communicate with you, please let us know so that we can accommodate your needs. If you leave a message on our office numbers, it will be returned promptly.
