CARTER, LEDYARD & MILBURN ASSIST ICAP PLC IN ACQUISITION OF FIRST BROKERS SECURITIES
Continues Growth of World's Largest Inter-Dealer Broker
NEW YORK, April 30, 2002 - Wall Street law firm Carter, Ledyard & Milburn announced today that it has represented UK-based inter-dealer broker ICAP plc in its acquisition of First Brokers Securities, Inc. Details of the acquisition are described in the ICAP press release issued this morning in London.
