On December 11, 2015, The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit summarily affirmed a decision of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in favor of firm client Agilent Technologies, Inc. The Federal Circuit heard oral argument on December 8 and affirmed the Board’s findings in a per curiam opinion issued three days later. Agilent was represented by Carter Ledyard partner John M. Griem Jr. and associate Theodore Y. McDonough.
