The New York City Bar Association’s Task Force on the Rule of Law and its Election Law Committee recently issued “The Consent of the Governed, Enforcing Citizens Right to Vote,” a joint report defending voter rights in the United States. Carter Ledyard Senior Environmental Counsel Stephen L. Kass is the Chair of the Task Force on the Rule of Law, associate Nilima Singh is the Secretary for the Task Force, and partner Michael Shapiro is a Task Force member.
