On Thursday, March 21st, the women lawyers of Carter Ledyard hosted a lively evening with filmmaker and visual artist Zeva Oelbaum and author, photographer and collector Dr. Alice Kandell to discuss their own unexpected and fascinating paths as storytellers, and the lives and experiences of their documentary subjects. Ahsaki Benion of CLM moderated the discussion, exploring how each of their careers evolved to adapt to new technologies and life circumstances, and the importance of embracing new opportunities. A packed house attended the panel and reception at the Center for Book Arts in Manhattan.
