The Collective, a London-based co-living developer and Carter Ledyard client, closed on the purchase of a $55 million dollar development site in Bushwick, Brooklyn on October 5, 2018. The Collective purchased the property from a limited income co-operative regulated by the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Paul Proulx provided land use counsel on the transaction, with assistance from Brielle Kilmartin, who secured corporate disclosure review approval from HPD for the developer to purchase the property.
