On September 27th, Carter Ledyard client Global SC Finance VI SRL completed a $155,000,000 secured term loan financing with various lenders. Global SC Finance VI SRL is a subsidiary of Cronos Ltd., an affiliate of Seaco SRL, one of the world’s leading marine container leasing companies. Carter Ledyard partners James Gadsden and Andris J. Vizbaras and associates Anup Khatri and Brielle E. Kilmartin represented Global SC Finance VI SRL and handled all aspects of the transaction. Leonardo Trivigno, Steven Paul McSloy and Marc A.
