Carter Ledyard Client The Bank of New York Mellon Serves as Trustee in Connection with the Issuance of $1.6 Billion of Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority Obligations

Carter Ledyard represented to The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee under the Master Trust Agreement dated as of December 6, 2022, as supplemented by the First Supplemental Trust Agreement and the Second Supplemental Trust Agreement, each by and between the Trustee and the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority in connection with the issuance of Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority Restructured Toll Revenue Senior Bonds Series 2022, consisting of (i) $600,000,000.00 Series 2022A, (ii) $237,955,868.13 Series 2022B Bonds and (iii) $ 407,044,597.57 Series 2022C Bonds and $359,635,806.68 Series 2022-1 Subordinate Indebtedness have been issued.
