On November 8th, Carter Ledyard hosted a roundtable discussion, “What you Need to Know About Cybercrime.” The event was moderated by Carter Ledyard Counsel Valentino Vasi and featured guest speakers FBI Supervisory Special Agent Prashanth Mekala and Leeza Garber, General Counsel and Director of Business Development for Capsicum Group. Topics of discussion included best practices to avoid becoming a cybercrime victim, the motives of cyber criminals and how they operate, and the role of cybersecurity forensics.
