Carter Ledyard hosted a breakfast networking event in the midtown office on Wednesday April 18 for the private equity community. The purpose was to have attendees share their thoughts, contacts and knowledge with their peers and to create deal flow for all concerned. Approximately 35 PE Funds, Mezz Funds, Merchant Banks, BDC’s, Investment Banks, Fund Administrators and Accounting Firms were in attendance, as well as a M&A reporter from Law 360 and the President of ACG-NY.
