On September 8, 2015, Carter Ledyard librarians Jeanine McPartlin and Emily Moog partnered with the Law Library Association of Greater New York (LLAGNY) and colleague Nathan Rosen, J.D. to present a one credit CLE on Trust & Estates research to the firm’s Trusts and Estates and Tax Departments. Topics covered useful blogs and websites, research databases Tax Analysts and RIA Checkpoint, and finding public records on both the web and Lexis. General print sources were also reviewed.
