On February 11, partner James Gadsden participated in a panel discussed titled, “When Residual Interests May be a Risk,” which was sponsored by the Structured Finance and Securitization Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Business Law. The program covered key topics in the industry relating to the ownership of residual interests in securitizations and mitigation of the risks related thereto.
