Carter Ledyard is proud to announce that Meritas, our global legal network, has launched a new Women’s Leadership Congress featuring partner Judy Lockhart, Chair of Carter Ledyard’s Employment practice. The ten-member congress will help Meritas further their diversity and inclusion and gender equity efforts. It celebrates the path to leadership for women attorneys in the network and offers visibility, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and skills building designed to support the professional careers of women at member firms and within the Meritas network. It creates additional interactions among members as a way to recruit and retain top talent, develop business, and elevate women leaders.
