On March 10, 2021, Carter Ledyard investment management partner Ron Feiman moderated a panel discussion hosted by the ’40 Acts Committee group for which he is a co-organizer, regarding the ways in which mutual funds and other registered funds are planning to manage their investments in derivative products once Rule 18f-4, adopted in the 4th quarter of 2020, becomes effective. Panelists included representatives from Franklin Templeton and Invesco. The ’40 Acts Committee has for decades conducted panel presentations on topics of interest to registered funds and their investment advisers.
