Carter Ledyard is pleased to announce the promotions of Alex Malyshev to partner, Mike Bauscher to counsel, and Guy Ben-Ami to counsel, effective January 1, 2020. Alex is co-Chair of Carter Ledyard’s Cannabis, Hemp & CBD Industry Group, and maintains an active litigation and counseling practice. Mike is a litigator whose practice focuses on Eminent Domain Law and related land use and real estate matters. Guy, a member of the corporate department, has a broad array of financial transactions experience including U.S. and international public and private offerings of debt and equity.
