Carter Ledyard announced today that Mary W. Brown has been promoted to Partner. She will continue practicing in the Corporate department, representing public and private companies and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other corporate financing transactions. Mary also advises U.S. and international companies doing business in the United States on day-to-day corporate governance and public reporting matters.
