Carter Ledyard is pleased to welcome Ms. Alison M. Dreizen, who has joined the firm as Counsel in the Corporate department. Ms. Dreizen, who received her B.A. from Cornell University and J.D. from Harvard Law School, focuses primarily on M&A, corporate finance and joint ventures, and advising financial institutions, strategic investors and private equity funds in cross-border and domestic transactions. Prior to joining Carter Ledyard, Ms. Dreizen was a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth and White & Case in New York.
