On May 1, 2017, litigation partner G. Michael Bellinger and associate Melissa J. Erwin successfully obtained dismissal of allegations of fraud against former Carter Ledyard & Milburn client Brent Watson in an action brought in New York Supreme Court, New York County. The Plaintiff’s claims against Mr. Watson, which sought compensatory, consequential and punitive damages, were dismissed in their entirety.
