January 30, 2020/less than a minute

On January 29, 2020, Supreme Court Justice Tanya Kennedy ruled from the bench, granting summary judgment to Carter Ledyard client Reversible Destiny Foundation, finding that a former employee had breached a severance agreement by assisting in litigation against the foundation, and that the foundation was entitled to the return of the severance payment and its attorney fees incurred in defending the lawsuit.
