The NYC Department of City Planning has asked Carter Ledyard Environmental Practice Group Co-Director Christopher Rizzo to join its working group on changes to the City’s “special natural area district” zoning regulations, which will be submitted to the NYC City Planning Commission this fall. Special Natural Area District (“SNAD”) regulations protect certain parts of the City with low building density and intact environmental features.
