Environmental and Land Use Practice Group Co-director Christopher Rizzo spoke on a panel of park funding experts at the City Parks Foundation’s annual conference at NYU Law School on April 11, 2015. Chris addressed park funding and equity matters with co-panelists NYC Parks Commissioner Mitchell Silver and Councilman Mark Levine. New York City formed the City Parks Foundation 1989 to serve as an independent, nonprofit corporation in support of the arts, sports, education and community-building initiatives in parks.
