Christopher Rizzo, a Counsel in CL&M’s environmental and land-use practice, will speak at The NY League of Conservation Voters Education Fund on November 6, 2014 regarding funds for an equitable park system in New York. The forum will examine alternative financial models for New York parks that can include innovative zoning, public/private partnerships, state agencies, business improvement districts and dedicated park funds.
