New York (June 1, 2023) Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP is pleased to announce that A. Jonathan Trafimow, an experienced employment law practitioner, has joined the Firm as partner. Mr. Trafimow joins the Firm’s Employment Law practice and its Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice where he will work with a multidisciplinary group of lawyers delivering customized advice and counsel. Mr. Trafimow, an experienced trial lawyer with years of successful representations, joins Carter Ledyard’s exceptional litigation team.

Jonathan’s clients are in many industries, including hospitals and medical practices, hospitality and entertainment companies and tax-exempt organizations among them. He provides advice to employers on a range of issues including workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment and civil rights claims, and class actions. Jonathan advises on discrimination and retaliation policies and prevention, harassment training and prevention, wage and hour matters, handbooks, severance packages, employment agreements and other employment-related documents.
He joins the Firm from Moritt Hock & Hamroff where he practiced as Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice.
